This client came to us directly after a marketing campaign.
With combined group revenue of £15m the client had numerous finance requirements, however, ownership of the group rested on the shoulders of just one shareholder and as the sole owner of the group of companies didn’t wish to provide director guarantees in support of finance.
After successfully placing the initial funding requirement for a six figure VAT bill without recourse to a director guarantee, Jason has since then moved on to complete additional important finance for the client, ranging from asset finance to working capital loans, each time without the need for a guarantee.
Having developed a strong working relationship with the group FD and owner, Jason has also been tasked with replacing their current invoice finance facility.
