Commercial Loan

A UK wholesale company looking to invest in new stock leading up to the winter period was referred to PFC by their accountant to raise the necessary funding.

The company comprised a single shareholding director, which would initially make the task of raising the £200,000 working capital loan quite difficult.  However, the director’s brother owned a property development company and our PFC account manager identified a possible route to finance on a personal level, undertaken by both of the directors in their name.

They readily agreed to this, meaning PFC was able to raise £200,000, broken into two individual £100,000 personal loans for the purpose of business investment. These loans were fully unsecured and attracted single digit rates.
